The Company
Our Story
Ace Expos was founded in 2026 with a simple goal: build the most modern, vendor-friendly home and bridal show platform in Southern California. We saw vendors still booking booths by phone calls and emailed forms while every other industry had moved online, and decided to build something better.
Our team brings over 10 years of combined experience across event production, marketing, business operations, and technology. We operate as Ace Expos LLC, a California limited liability company serving event venues across the Los Angeles metropolitan area, Orange County, the Conejo Valley, and Ventura County.

What We Do
Ace Expos produces two types of consumer expos:
Home Shows
Connecting homeowners with home improvement professionals, contractors, real estate agents, mortgage specialists, solar installers, and home services.
Bridal Expos
Connecting engaged couples with wedding photographers, venues, planners, catering services, and wedding professionals.
Each event takes place at a partner venue carefully selected for accessibility, parking, and audience reach.

Every booth's price is shown openly on the booth map. No "request a quote", no hidden tiers.

The Vendor Booth Agreement is signed electronically at checkout, snapshotted into our records for compliance.

Direct Online Payment
Vendors can pay via Stripe immediately, or request an invoice if they prefer. Their choice.

When a booth gets reserved, the floor plan updates instantly. No double-bookings, no waiting to find out the booth you wanted is gone.

Reserving a booth is just the start. We invest heavily in multi-channel attendee marketing across paid social, paid search, email, and Eventbrite outreach to bring qualified, motivated buyers through the door so vendors can focus on closing deals.
