Terms and Conditions

By using aceexpos.com, purchasing a booth, or RSVPing to an event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Vendors purchasing a booth additionally sign the Vendor Booth Agreement at checkout, which is the binding and controlling contract for vendor participation. Where these Terms and the Vendor Booth Agreement differ on any vendor matter, the Vendor Booth Agreement controls.
Who We Are
About Ace Expos
Ace Expos LLC is a California limited liability company that organizes and produces home shows and bridal expos at event venues across Southern California. These terms govern your use of our website and participation in our events.
Website Usage
Use of the Website
You agree to use aceexpos.com for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to access restricted areas of the site, scrape or harvest data, interfere with site functionality, or use automated tools to interact with the site without our express permission.
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and code, is owned by Ace Expos LLC or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Vendors
Booth Purchases
Payment & Reservations
- Booth purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout. A booth reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Invoice requests reserve a booth temporarily but are not confirmed until payment is received. Unpaid reservations may be released.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All booth fees, sponsorship fees, electrical fees, application fees, and any other amounts paid to Ace Expos are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the vendor, no-show, illness, weather, travel disruption, change of business, change of mind, and force majeure events.
- If Ace Expos postpones or relocates an event, vendor booth fees automatically transfer to the rescheduled or relocated event without refund.
- If Ace Expos cancels an event in whole, Ace Expos may, in our sole discretion, issue a credit toward a future Ace Expos event, prorate retained fees against actual incurred costs, or retain fees in full. Vendors expressly waive any refund right associated with cancellation, postponement, or modification by Ace Expos.
- The complete refund and cancellation terms binding on vendors are set out in Section 3 and Section 17 of the Vendor Booth Agreement signed at checkout.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, booth staffing, waste removal, and compliance with all venue rules, health and safety requirements, and applicable laws.
- Vendors must carry Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming Ace Expos LLC and the venue authority as additional insureds. Specific coverage requirements, endorsement forms, and certificate-of-insurance deadlines are detailed in Section 4 of the Vendor Booth Agreement.
- Ace Expos reserves the right to refuse acceptance, reassign booth locations, or expel any vendor whose conduct, products, or services are inconsistent with the Event, applicable law, or the Vendor Booth Agreement.
Attendees
Attendee RSVPs
- RSVPs are free and processed through Eventbrite. An RSVP provides free admission to the event.
- Walk-in admission without an RSVP is subject to a $10 door fee.
- RSVPs do not guarantee entry if venue capacity is reached. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Schedule
Event Changes and Cancellations
Ace Expos reserves the right to change event dates, times, venues, or formats at any time. While we make every effort to avoid changes, circumstances such as venue availability, weather, or public safety concerns may require adjustments.
Notifications of any changes will be sent to the email address used for your RSVP or booth purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.
Limitation of Liability
Except to the extent required by California law, Ace Expos LLC is not liable for personal injury, property loss or damage, or any other damages occurring at events.
For matters arising under the Vendor Booth Agreement, Ace Expos's total cumulative liability is limited to the amount of booth fees actually paid by the vendor for the current event. In no event will Ace Expos be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profits damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ace Expos LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, and sponsors, AND the venue authority and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers, from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to the vendor's participation in the event. Full indemnification scope is set out in Section 13 of the Vendor Booth Agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or any Ace Expos event will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any such dispute. The prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees, expert fees, and costs from the other party.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or participation in our events constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
